Paul Ward

Paul has spent 35 years as a lawyer, lecturer & writer specialising in Immigration, Nationality & Refugee law, and personal status documentation (Wills, Powers of Attorney, Pre-Nuptial & Separation Agreements).

His work has included three decades of advice, representation & court advocacy as a solicitor; academic lecturing; and appearances, consultancy & writing for national and global media.

Connections to Brighton & Hove and Bosnia & Herzegovina keep life varied and interesting.

When Paul isn't working, he enjoys cycling, hiking, languages, photography, vegan cuisine, & travel writing. 

His interests help him stay creative and focused, which translates to better professional performance.

Paul is passionate about giving back to the community and to charities and NGOs relevant to his professional and personal interests.

He volunteers for and campaigns on behalf of local Brighton & Hove, national, and international human rights, refugee, & environmental organisations.
